REGISTRATION POLICIES
NACD is monitoring the local health guidance and is committed to providing a safe event. Attendees must agree to follow all local COVID-19 protocols, including but not limited to mask mandates, social distancing, and other requirements in effect in Puerto Rico. In addition, NACD is requiring a face covering for all attendees entering any meeting room being utilized for the meeting. A mask will be provided to any registered attendees who need one. NACD may provide additional guidelines to attendees. Those not following the NACD guidelines will not be allowed entry to meetings or events.
Conference registration includes admission to all scheduled conference sessions and refreshment breaks (see www.nacdnet.org for full details). All events require a NACD badge for entry. Payment is required prior to processing registration.
Pre-Registration is defined as registration and payments received before or on June 24, 2022.
Regular/Onsite Registration begins after June 24, 2022.

Registration Confirmation: Confirmation letter will be sent via email to the email address provided on the registration form. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact Terrence Curtiss at 202-595-9148 or by email. Your confirmation is your receipt for the meeting; please keep it for your records.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICIES
Cancellations, substitutions and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing before June 24, 2022 in order to receive a refund. An administrative processing fee of $100 will be deducted. Partial refunds of registration fees after June 24, 2022 will not be refunded except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather or extreme immediate family emergencies. In this case, a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed six to eight weeks after the meeting. TAXES
In addition to the total room rate there will be a 9% room tax and $35 Resort Charge plus 9% tax on the resort charge. There will be a separate fee of $5.25 per person (roundtrip) for bellman services and a fee of $0.50 per person, per day, for maid gratuity, plus applicable taxes, currently at 10.5% state tax and 1% municipality tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY
An advanced one night’s deposit will be required for room, tax and resort charge. Will be charged 72 hours prior arrival by the hotel. Refundable up to 72 hours of arrival.
