The Nevada Association of Conservation Districts (NVACD) and
NACD's Southwest Region welcomes you all to the 2023 Region Meeting!
This year's region meeting will be held August 23-25, 2023 in
South Lake Tahoe, California at the Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
Conference registration includes admission to all scheduled conference sessions and refreshment breaks. All events require a badge for entry. Payment is required prior to processing registration.
Early Bird Registration of $499 is defined as registration and payments received before or on August 10, 2023.
Regular/Onsite Registration of $599 begins after August 10, 2023.
DO NOT mail or fax registration forms after August 10, 2023.
Sponsorship Opportunities: If you are interested in sponsoring and/or having booth space at the event, please fill out this form.
Special Assistance Needs: If you have any needs addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or dietary requirements, please call 202-547-6223 or by email at events@nacdnet.org by June 23 so we can accommodate your request.
Registration Confirmation: Confirmation letter will be sent via email to the email address provided on the online registration form. If you do not receive your confirmation, please us at 202-547-6223 or by email at events@nacdnet.org. Your confirmation is your receipt for the meeting; please keep it for your records.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICIES
Cancellations, substitutions and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing before August 10, 2023 in order to receive a refund. An administrative processing fee of $100 will be deducted. Partial refunds of registration fees after August 10, 2023 will not be refunded except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather or extreme immediate family emergencies. In this case, a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed six to eight weeks after the meeting.
