REGISTRATION POLICIES
Conference registration includes entry into the Conservation Expo; NACD General & Concurrent Sessions; Monday’s Leadership Lunch, Live Auction; Tuesday's Lunch Film Screening; Tuesday's Appreciation Banquet; NACD Training Sessions and Workshops. All events require badge for entry.
A separate form must be completed for each registrant.
Early Bird Registration is defined as registration and payments received before December 22, 2023.
Regular Registration begins December 23, 2023 and ends January 19, 2024.
DO NOT mail payment after January 19, 2024. After this date, you must complete payment onsite.
Special Assistance Needs: If you have any needs addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or dietary requirements, please contact NACD at 202-547-6223 or by email at events@nacdnet.org by January 19, 2024, so that we can accommodate your request.
Registration Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent soon after you register and payment is received. If you do not receive your confirmation, please call NACD at 202-547-6223 or by email at events@nacdnet.org. Your email confirmation is your receipt for the meeting; please keep it for your records. You must provide payment to be registered for the conference and tours.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to events@nacdnet.org before January 19, 2024 to receive a refund. An administrative processing fee of $100 will be deducted. Partial refunds of registration fees after January 19, 2024 will not be refunded except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather, extreme immediate family emergencies, or exposure to or testing positive for COVID-19. In this case, a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed within six to eight weeks after the meeting. For questions regarding your refund, please contact NACD by email at events@nacdnet.org Returned checks are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

RESERVATIONS
To reserve your room, please call 888-236-2427 and identify yourself as a registrant with the National Association of Conservation Districts or “NACD.” You can also make a reservation online.
Reserve your room early for best availability. Rooms in NACD’s room block are first come, first served and there may be limited or no availability as the deadline for the room block nears. The last day to reserve a room in the room block is January 19, 2024.
Onsite parking is available for $47/night.

TAXES
Room rates shown do not include 10.5% occupancy tax, 2.00% Tourism Marketing District Assessment fee, and 0.35% CA Tourism Fee Per Night (subject to change). Total room charges will include all room fees and taxes.
Please note that the reservation total may include a $26.00/day resort fee. This fee will be removed at check in and your total room rate per day will be starting at $259.00 plus applicable taxes. NACD group rate does not include the daily resort benefits.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one nights room and tax charge.
REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS
Conservation districts that have paid their dues at a platinum or diamond level this year are entitled to registration discounts as part of their membership benefits!
- Platinum level members receive a 2nd regular registration free.
- Diamond level members are eligible for a 2nd regular registration at half price.
New Lifetime Members of Friends of NACD are also eligible for a single 10% off on registration. Please consider becoming a member of the Friends of NACD program to qualify.
