New materials on personnel management have been added to NACD’s Members Only section!

Our conservation district members asked for more personnel management resources and we delivered! Head to the NACD Members Only section of our website to view and/or download tips on resolving conflict at the interpersonal- and agency-level, an overview guide to building district capacity through new hires, sample job descriptions, AND an in-depth handbook on managing district personnel.

For your calendar: Upcoming U&C webinars

The next NACD Urban and Community Conservation webinar – to be held November 16 from noon-1:00pm Eastern – will teach participants how to use and navigate the EPA’s Water Finance Clearinghouse.

The Clearinghouse is a web‐based portal designed to help communities make informed decisions about their drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure needs. It includes two searchable databases: one contains available funding sources for water infrastructure and the other includes resources on financing mechanisms and approaches.
